Dr.
Lisa Ann Osadciw
Dr.Lisa
Ann Osadciw is a senior member of the IEEE.
She was born on April 1st,1964 in Syracuse,New
York. She earned her B.S degree in Electrical
Engineering from Iowa State University, Ames,
Iowa, in 1986. She received her M.S.E.E degree
from Syracuse University,Syracuse New York ,
in 1990 ,and her Ph.D in Electrical Engineering
from University of Rochestor, New York, in 1998.
She
is currently an Assistant Professor with the
Department of Electrical Engineering at Syracuse
University and an IEEE Program Evaluator for
the Engineering Accredition Commission (EAC)
of the Accredition Board for Engineering and
Technology(ABET). She previously held a position
as staff research engineer with Lockheed Martin
in radar and sonar systems. Her research at
Lockheed Martin focused on designing optimum
signals, developing signal and data processors,
and analyzing the performance of various sensor
systems. Her research interests lie primarily
in designing spread spectrum signals and signal
processing techniques for multisensor and communication
systems
