Your ability to follow simple rules of etiquette in business dining situations can increase sales, close a deal, or even lead to a promotion. Learn the rules and expected behaviors by participating in a cocktail hour and four course meal complete with etiquette instruction by Robert A. Shutt.

Alumni and students alike will benefit from this entertaining program that outlines skills to help you get what you want from a business meal: such as: orderly ordering, utensil usage, negotiating the table, final course finesse and departing with dignity.

Robert Shutt, our seminar leader is a recognized professional behavior / business and dining etiquette expert. Recently featured on CBS News, he has presented all across the United States.
